iTS Kanal Services AG is a leader in sewer infrastructure services in Switzerland. When they approached amplilabs, they were ready to move from successful growth to strategic growth — but needed help aligning their leadership team around a shared vision.
The Challenge
Fast-growing companies often reach a point where intuitive decision-making needs to be complemented by strategic planning. iTS had grown successfully, but their leadership team had different perspectives on priorities and direction.

We designed a «100 Day Strategy» process — an intensive but focused engagement designed to produce clarity and alignment quickly. The process included:
