Emilie Etesi joins Rhino Innovation’s lecturer network

In summer 2023, Emilie Etesi joined Rhino Innovation’s lecturer network, contributing her experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, and learning-by-doing to Rhino’s Intra- and Entrepreneurship programme.
Rhino Innovation develops entrepreneurship and innovation education for companies and educational institutions. Its programmes help participants build entrepreneurial thinking as a practical skill: noticing problems worth solving, turning them into ideas, testing assumptions, learning quickly, and building the confidence to move.
The collaboration connects naturally with Emilie’s work at amplilabs. As founder of amplilabs, she helps organisations and learners move from ideas to action through structured workshops, experimentation, and fast feedback. In Rhino’s classroom, she brings the same mix of creativity, structure, optimism, and practical momentum.
Rhino later featured Emilie in its Rhino Talks series, where she shared thoughts on resilience, networks, quick learning, and the role entrepreneurship can play in creating progress. The conversation also reflects a theme that runs through much of her work: innovation becomes less risky when people learn earlier, test sooner, and make better decisions from real feedback.
amplilabs is pleased to continue this collaboration and support Rhino Innovation’s work in helping more people build entrepreneurial skills — whether they are developing something new inside an organisation or starting something of their own.
