Emilie Etesi joins the Innosuisse Innovation Booster expert pool

In summer 2025, Emilie Etesi joined the expert pool supporting the Innosuisse Innovation Boosters.

The Innovation Boosters bring people from research, business, politics, and society together to explore problems, co-create ideas, and test what has real potential. The work sits exactly where amplilabs likes to work: early enough for ideas to change, structured enough for teams to make progress, and practical enough to turn discussion into next steps.

Since joining the expert pool, Emilie has run and supported workshops across several Booster themes, including Artificial Intelligence with the Data Innovation Alliance, New Mobility, and Fashion & Lifestyle with Dagorà in Lugano.

The sectors are different, but the work often starts in the same place: a real problem, a group of people with different expertise, and an idea that needs shaping before it can be tested properly.

In these workshops, Emilie helps teams unpack the problem, map who it affects, challenge first assumptions, and turn early ideas into clearer experiments. Sometimes that means reframing the question. Sometimes it means cutting through noise. Often, it means helping a team take the next useful step before the idea gets over-polished and under-tested.

For amplilabs, the Innovation Booster work is a natural extension of its broader mission: helping organisations, start-ups, and learning programmes move from ambition to evidence.

amplilabs is pleased to contribute to the Innovation Booster ecosystem and support teams working on ideas with the potential to become something real.
