amplilabs was founded by Emilie Etesi, bringing together nearly two decades of experience across design, project management, and facilitation. For over 19 years, she has helped organisations—from small teams and startups to large public and corporate institutions—design, build, and launch projects that make a real difference.

Before starting amplilabs, Emilie worked in innovation and complex environments, including a period at NASA, where she learned a simple lesson that still shapes her work today: even the toughest challenges become solvable when you bring the right people together with the right process. She also worked with SIX Group, bringing that same practical, delivery-minded approach into a highly regulated, high-stakes corporate context.

Today, amplilabs supports organisations across Switzerland and beyond—from public institutions reimagining services to startups building their first products to corporations navigating digital transformation. Emilie combines structured thinking, practical tools, and the energy to keep teams moving—especially when the path forward isn’t obvious.

Half American, half French, and based in Switzerland for over 15 years, she works comfortably across languages and cultures, and speaks English, German, French, and Spanish.
